You ask an AI assistant to answer a fictional customer question. It writes: “You are guaranteed a refund within 24 hours.” The working instruction only says that an employee will review the request. The text sounds professional but introduces an unsupported promise.
Three checks before use
Check the source of the claim, the authority to make a commitment and the consequences of an error. Use fictional data for practice. Human review must be able to change the content or stop the action.
